Lovingly furnished 3-room apartment (53 m²) on the 1st floor with one double bedroom and a second bedroom with single beds. Features a TV/radio, balcony (renewed 2021) and a terrace. Bed linen and final cleaning are included. Towels and kitchen linen are not provided. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be arranged on request. New roof with photovoltaics installed in 2025.
