Set on organic grounds that use biogas, compost bins and reclaimed water, the farm grows nine banana varieties plus coffee, avocado, guava, papaya, mango, passion fruit and vegetables. The property runs down to a river with hiking paths and clear views of the valley and Mount Meru. Chill in hammocks in the garden or take a cooking lesson in Tanzanian cuisine. The small property has seven guestrooms with private bathrooms and deep soaking bathtubs, plus terraces and garden views.
