About 400–500 m to Lago Maggiore and roughly 1.3 km to the sandy Bagno Pubblico Ascona, with golf and tennis within a kilometre. The Suite Classic is a 2-room, 90 m² apartment with a double bedroom, living area with fold-away beds, satellite TV and radio, a full kitchen (oven, dishwasher) and bath/WC. Many units have east- or south-east-facing balconies and simple, comfortable finishes—great for self-catered stays.
