Perched at 1,330 m in the centre of Vercorin, this modern alpine resort sits on a quiet slope just steps from the lifts. Ski slopes and a gondola are about 80 m away, cable car 750 m, and mountain walks start from the doorstep. Family-friendly and pet-friendly, it’s an easy launchpad for Crans-Montana (27 km), Grimentz–Zinal and other big ski regions.

Built in 2017 with 89 apartments over six storeys, the resort mixes cosy, tasteful furnishings and warm parquet floors with underfloor heating. Units range from studios to duplexes and larger 3–4 room flats, many with open kitchens (oven, dishwasher) and Nespresso machines (capsules extra). Rooms feature digital TV, sofa beds and bunk options—great for families. The building is non-smoking and allows one dog per apartment; fondue and raclette sets can be borrowed at reception.

On-site perks include a spa area with sauna, steam room and hot tub (16+), a lively bar, lounge and bistro, plus a playroom and boccia for kids. Practical extras: ski and bike storage, sledges to hire, washing machine and tumble dryer (extra), communal covered parking (extra) and an EV charging station. In winter the ski bus is free and, in good snow, the house can even be reached on skis—perfect for waking up to crisp mountain air and hitting the slopes.
