On the road to Fish River Canyon in Namibia, tucked along the C37. Situated about 14 km from the gate to the canyon viewing points, Canyon Roadhouse is a family-friendly base for exploring the gorge with easy on-site parking and a petrol station.

A cult roadside lodge that celebrates the golden age of motoring. Interiors are decorated with old car parts and coachwork, with a theme restaurant and the Wheels bar. There are 24 immaculate, air-conditioned en-suite rooms with mosquito nets, private patios, tea/coffee facilities and daily housekeeping. The on-site Canyon Information Centre explains the geology, flora, fauna and local history.
