A cosy 3-room apartment on the 1st floor with simple, comfortable décor and a south-facing position. Living/dining room with satellite TV, two bedrooms (each with two single beds), full kitchen and a bath/WC. Private entrance, non-smoking, and a clear mountain outlook. Note: no lift and a stepped path to the house.

Ski storage and central heating keep things practical. Parking at the house and a free ski bus nearby. Gondola ~200 m and mountain railway ~600 m for quick access to the slopes. Bike rental, ski rental, cross-country tracks, golf, tennis and a children’s playground all within easy reach. Outdoor pool ~800 m and indoor pool ~1.5 km. Recreation club on site.

Self-catered kitchen with 3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. Alpine evenings made easy with a provided raclette grill and fondue set. Supermarket and a local restaurant are about 200 m away for quick provisions or a night out.
