Tucked into the Skeerpoort Valley on the edge of the Magaliesberg, this riverfront chalet retreat sits between Hartbeespoort and Magaliesburg. It’s about a 40–60 minute drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria. Nearby draws include Hartebeespoort Dam, Pecanwood Golf & Country Club, Harties Cableway and Lesedi Cultural Village.

Eight private chalets sit across 50 hectares with 2.4 km of Magalies River frontage. Each unit has a fireplace, a private balcony or patio and a kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. Chalets are spaced 30–50 m apart for real privacy, with prolific birdlife and roaming game on the farm.

Enjoy an outdoor pool and a terrace with river views. There’s a barbeque area, laundry and dry cleaning services, and plenty of spots for wildlife and bird watching. Expect peaceful, river-front mornings and simple, nature-first vibes.
