In Sirkka's Utsuvaara area on the slopes of Levitunturi — about 170 km northwest of Rovaniemi and roughly 4 km from Levi town centre. Steps from the Utsuvaara path (≈500 m) and close to Levi Ski Resort, with Kaakkoisrinne and Koillisrinne runs within a few kilometres; Levi Centre and a golf course are a short drive away.

A semi-detached log apartment with warm panelled interiors, balcony and open porch. Upstairs loft, sleeping alcove, sofa bed and two bedrooms make it family-friendly. Electric sauna and two showers add comfort, plus spectacular views over Levitunturi. No pets.

On-site sauna, barbeque area, elevator/lift and parking. Walk to the nearest slope along a 500 m path and wake up to crisp pine air and slope-side views.

An on-site restaurant serves local cuisine — perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes.
