Levin Kunkku C11 is a 2020-built, Alpine-style stone penthouse on the fourth floor with elevator access. The upper-level living area features a light fireplace, sauna and a balcony; one bedroom opens directly to a glazed balcony with dazzling slope views. Three bedrooms plus convertible corner sofa and an extra sofa bed make this a family-friendly, modern stay with solid soundproofing.

On-site sauna, private parking space and guest parking zone, elevator, two WCs and showers, and in-room TV. Illuminated first-snow ski trail starts from the yard—wake up to snowy slope views. Bed linen and final cleaning are included; extra bed linen available if needed. Note: there is ongoing construction in the area starting 2022 that will continue for several years.
