A 75 m² flat in a house for four families, set in a no-through-traffic, sunny location. Bright living room with dining table and a sofa bed for two, balcony, TV, one double bedroom and a very small attic room with two single beds, plus bathroom with WC and shower. Kitchen facilities provided; linens, towels and final cleaning are included.

On-site parking and utilities (electricity, water) are included. Guests receive the Simmental Card for free regional public transport during their stay. Enjoy sunny balcony mornings and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.
