Perched in Demanova in the heart of the Liptov region, this resort sits in a peaceful regional park with quick access to the Jasná ski resort and Liptovsky Mara. It’s a short drive from local sights like the Museum of Nature Protection and Speleology — ideal for family-friendly ski breaks and mountain escapes.

Sixty-five modern apartments and studios sleep two to six guests and use natural materials and practical décor. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, fridge and stovetop, plus a balcony or terrace with views of the Tatras peaks. Buffet breakfast is available, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.

Wake up to mountain-peak views and choose from a full wellness offering: sauna, whirlpool/jacuzzi, relaxation rooms and on-site massages (surcharge). The resort packs an 8,000 m² Activity Holiday Park, aquapark, children’s playground with animal farm and trampolines, barbecue gazebos, bike rentals, bowling and table tennis. In winter a ski bus stops right outside and there’s ski storage for gear.
