Julia's River Camp  

Hidden on a sleepy bend of the Talek River in the Masai Mara, Julia's River Camp is a tented river camp in Keekorok, steps from the Maasai Mara National Reserve and inside the Olare Orok and Naboisho Conservancies, about 19 km from the city center.

This intimate camp has 28 tents pitched on elevated wooden platforms, each with a private verandah, balcony or patio and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Expect close-up river and savannah views and a stripped-back safari vibe that puts wildlife front and center.

On-site perks include a restaurant, a library and a picnic area, plus free self-parking, laundry services, private check-in/out, car rental and concierge services. Transfers and a 24-hour roundtrip airport shuttle are available for a surcharge, and there’s free Wi-Fi across the property.

Complimentary Wi‑Fi on the grounds and a television in a common area make staying connected easy; airport shuttle service is available for planning group arrivals.

The camp serves a daily complimentary continental breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM and has an on-site restaurant for other meals, with picnic spots for dining outdoors by the river.
