Wailana Beach Lodge

On Margate’s ocean edge, a short stroll to Ramsgate Beach and minutes from Southbroom Golf Course. The Swiss‑owned lodge sits roughly 200 meters from sand, surf and those famous rock pools.

An art‑deco, solar‑powered guest lodge set in a lush sub‑tropical garden. The house opens onto an ocean‑view terrace and pool deck. Five individually designed en‑suite rooms have private balconies or patios, king or queen beds, ceiling fans and in‑room safes. LED televisions and satellite channels are in the guestrooms.

Laze by a sparkling outdoor pool or sip afternoon tea on the pool deck with sea‑breeze mornings. There’s a communal living room, a laid‑back library, tour and ticket assistance, a diving club nearby, laundry service and secure off‑street/free self‑parking.

Complimentary Wi‑Fi throughout the property and luggage storage make short stays easy.

A complimentary cooked‑to‑order breakfast is served daily (including a full South African‑style or vegetarian option). Help yourself to free tea and coffee at the bar, and ask the team about local dining and regional flavors.
