A bright 200 m² villa with a large 60 m² living/dining room and an open-hearth fireplace. Most rooms open onto a south‑west terrace and garden with marvellous lake and mountain views. Rooms are warmly decorated, non-smoking, and include showers and TVs; the family-friendly layout includes a room with twin beds and a high chair on request. The house has historic charm—artists like Freddie Mercury once called it home.

Wake up to lake-and-mountain mornings on a sunlit terrace. Enjoy a large garden, terrace furniture, five deck chairs and a portable barbecue for al fresco evenings. There’s a private mooring, logs provided for the fireplace, washing machine and dryer, and parking in a nearby zone. Skiing areas are accessible in winter and two dogs are welcome.

Free Wi-Fi is available on the premises. The villa includes elevator access and nearby parking for easy arrival with gear or equipment.
