Needles Lodge  

In Marloth Park on the edge of the Kruger bush — steps from Marlothi Conservancy and Lionspruit Game Reserve. The lodge sits next to a golf course and is about 35 km (21.8 mi) from Kruger National Park’s Crocodile Bridge Gate. It’s roughly 5 km from the local town center.

Owner-run game lodge with an African-chic vibe and relaxed bush hospitality. Six individually decorated guestrooms feature Select Comfort beds, Egyptian cotton sheets, down comforters and private balconies; bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking tubs. Wildlife — giraffe, zebra, warthogs and more — routinely wander the grounds, and shared spaces include a library, BBQ area, terrace and garden. Family-friendly facilities include playrooms and babysitting (surcharge).
