Black Rhino Game Lodge

On the west side of the malaria-free Pilanesberg National Park, about 33 km from Sun City — a bushveld game lodge that drops you into wildlife country beside a busy waterhole. Pilanesberg National Park and Sun City are the nearest big draws.

Set in a Tamboti forest with views over a waterhole, the lodge’s private air‑conditioned suites open onto furnished patios that lead straight into the bush. Rooms feature minibars, satellite TV and designer bathrooms with separate tubs, showers and private outside showers; patio doors and a viewing deck keep you close to nature, and the still night is often punctuated by lion roars.

Two outdoor pools, an outdoor dining boma and a hide overlooking the waterhole set the scene for wildlife watching. Guests enjoy two daily safaris — into the Pilanesberg park and the private Black Rhino concession — plus a lobby fireplace and banquet/meeting spaces for events.
