Set on a pre-17th-century estate, two stone houses were tastefully restored over a decade to preserve original roofs, guillotine windows and quarried balconies. Nine guestrooms blend historic details with modern comfort, while grounds showcase ancient olive trees, stables, a riding ring and small fishing ponds.
