Impodimo Game Lodge  

Perched on a rocky dolomite ridge in the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve, Impodimo Game Lodge sits above a natural spring with sweeping bush vistas. This all-inclusive safari lodge is minutes from Wonderboom Gate and a short drive to the Kopfontein Border Post. Expect Big 5 sightings and Painted Wolf encounters in the surrounding reserve.

Carved into the hillside, eight glass-fronted luxury chalets and a Deluxe Suite line the spring for uninterrupted views and privacy. Ten air-conditioned suites feature private furnished balconies or patios, closed-system fireplaces, deep soaking bathtubs, outside showers, minibars and climate control. The lodge holds just 16 guests, so stays feel intimate and focused on the bush.

Wake up to an African dawn and head out on dawn, dusk or night safaris in custom open Land Rovers, or try a foot safari with an armed ranger. Relax at indoor and outdoor pools, a full-service spa with massage rooms and sauna, a sala overlooking a waterhole, and an open-air boma for evening gatherings. On-site extras include a library, barbeque area, gift shop, playrooms for kids and daily guest receptions.

This lodge operates on an all-inclusive basis with meals and many beverages included.
