Sea Change Villas  

Tucked on the southern side of Rarotonga, Sea Change Villas sits on its own white-sand beachfront with a turquoise lagoon and outer reef. Located in Takitumu District, it’s minutes from Muri Lagoon and Muri Beach and a short drive to Takitumu Conservation Area and Tikioki Marine Sanctuary. Rarotonga Intl Airport is about 14 km away.

Fifteen one-, two- and three-bedroom villas mix casually elegant Polynesian architecture with local hand-painted artwork. Nine beachfront villas have decks that nearly meet the tide, while lagoon-view villas hide among lush gardens. Each villa has a private pool, pillowtop beds, en-suite bathrooms with double showers, full kitchens (dishwasher, gas hob, convection/microwave) and flat-screen TVs — ideal for romantic escapes or family-friendly stays.

Pamper with onsite massages and spa services, or chill on a terrace and in tropical gardens. Launch stand-up paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel gear, borrow bikes, fire up the BBQ or take guided tours and water activities — wake up to sea-breeze mornings and reef views from your villa pool. An on-site restaurant serves local Polynesian flavors and there’s limited-hours room service. Cooked-to-order breakfasts are offered daily (6:00–10:00 AM) and villas include a complimentary starter breakfast pack; BBQ facilities are also available for self-catered nights.
