Student Hostel  

In the heart of Reykjavík, a summer-only, student-run hostel on the University of Iceland campus. Steps from Laugavegur, a short walk to Hallgrímskirkja and Harpa, and within easy reach of the BSI bus terminal and airport shuttle.

Housed in Gamli Garður, the campus’s historic building renovated in 2013–14 to keep its old character. There are 43 twin rooms with microwaves, shared kitchens and bathrooms, desks and blackout curtains for simple, budget-friendly stays.

Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, a garden with city views, TV in the common area and a communal kitchen. On-site paid self-parking and luggage storage make arrivals and departures easy.
