On the banks of the Raudanjoki River, about 61 km north of Rovaniemi. Kulpakkokoski rapids are just 350 m away and the river runs roughly 35 m wide. Rovaniemi airport is ~55 km; Ounasvaara ski area ~62 km and Pyhä‑Luosto National Park ~60 km. Nearest shop and restaurant with A‑rights are 8.5 km away in Käyrämö.

A spacious log cottage built in 1992 with a living room–kitchen and sofa bed, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a low loft with two mattresses (steep stairs). The cottage has a wood‑heated sauna with shower in the steam room, a separate toilet and a large covered terrace facing the river. Room equipment varies by category.

Riverside terrace and sauna with a traditional wood stove. Parking zone on site and a reasonable amount of firewood included; more firewood available from the caretaker. Shared fish‑smoking oven for three cottages. Pet‑friendly (extra fee) and family‑friendly sleeping layout. Note: quiet area but road noise from highway 4/E75 can be heard ~200 m away.

No on‑site restaurant, but you can smoke your catch in the shared fish‑smoking oven for authentic local flavor. The closest restaurant and grocery are 8.5 km away in Käyrämö.
