In Rovaniemi’s Saarenkylä district, about 4 km from the city center. Minutes from the Arctic Circle and Santa’s Village, with Ounasvaara ski resort ~2.3 km away. It’s a quick 10-minute drive to the airport and train station, and about 10 minutes to the beach.

A log-built yard cabin (built 2006, renewed in 2021) with a cozy living room/kitchen and a sofa bed. Sleeping alcove has a double bed; washroom/WC on site. The cabin is warmly furnished, with shower and TV; bed linen and final cleaning are included. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. The spot is peaceful with forest to one side and a quiet railway nearby.

On-site parking and a covered terrace to take in crisp Arctic mornings. Yard sauna available from the owner (50 € one-time, firewood included) and a summer kitchen for rent (10 €/day, gas included). Easy access to ski slopes, maintained trails, local attractions like Arktikum and Pilke, Hop-Lop 1 km away, and nearby shops ~2 km. Pet-friendly and practical—linen and cleaning are already taken care of.
