An 80 m² lower‑ground, 4‑room apartment (built 2001) with three bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200) and its own shower/toilet. Living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen keep things simple and social. Inclusive: electricity, heating, water, parking, Wi‑Fi, towels, initial bed linen, final cleaning and visitor's tax. Baby cot available (bring linen); pets not allowed. CHF/EUR 300 deposit payable in cash on arrival.

Direct ski access—close to the chairlift, cross‑country runs and hiking trails. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, on‑site parking, safe and cable TV. Wi‑Fi is available throughout. Expect crisp mountain mornings and cozy evenings.
