Rustic 3.5-room attic apartment (74 m²) on the 2nd floor of a 1983 chalet. Two large balconies with garden furniture and clear Saanenland views. Living room with chimney, one double bedroom (2x90x200), bathroom with bathtub, and an open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. 100 steps lead from the parking area up to the apartment. Laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer) for common use. Pets are not allowed.

Wi‑Fi on the premises, outside parking included, and utilities, towels, bed linen (initial supply) plus final cleaning are all covered. Garage available for CHF 5/day. Ideal for ski-friendly and family-friendly stays — direct access to slopes and hiking starts nearby. Wake up to crisp mountain mornings on the balcony.

Self-catering kitchen equipped with a Tassimo and filter coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and a fondue‑raclette set for alpine meals. Tassimo pads and filter coffee grounds are not included, so bring your favorites or sample local blends.
