A practically furnished 40 m² one‑room apartment on the 2nd floor in a quiet, sunny location about 10 minutes’ walk from shops and the village centre. The living/dining area has two cabinet beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), TV and radio. Small separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub/WC, and baby cot (60 x 120 cm) plus highchair are supplied with linens. Note: a CHF/EUR 300 deposit payable in cash on arrival.

Included: WiFi, heating, electricity, water, 1 uncovered parking space, bed and bathroom linen, and final cleaning. On-site comforts: dishwasher, TV, filter coffee machine, bathtub; washing machine and tumble dryer available on request (coin-operated). Building accessibility includes an elevator/lift.
