A 35 m² 1.5-room apartment on the 1st floor (built 1987) with one double bedroom (180x200 cm), living/dining area and a compact kitchen. Shower/WC, cable TV/radio and Wi‑Fi are provided. Shared laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer) is available. Pets are not allowed. A CHF/EUR 300 cash deposit is required on arrival. Electricity, heating, water, initial bed linen, towels, final cleaning and visitor's tax are included.
