Casa Koening is a fully renovated 2018 Sobrado guesthouse with 12 rooms across two floors. Wooden interiors and high ceilings preserve the colonial vibe. Rooms come with fans, private bathrooms, hot-and-cold showers and hair dryers; several have balconies with street or patio views and many take an extra bed for a third guest.
