The log villa (built 2011) has a ground floor living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles), bathroom with shower and WC, plus a covered porch. The upper floor adds a small bed in the hall, a WC, and another bedroom with two singles. Apartment rooms include a shower and TV. Final cleaning and bed linen are included. Staff speak English and Russian. An elevator services the apartment.

Sauna on site, Wi‑Fi, free parking, picnic and barbecue areas, and a covered cooking area. Shared beach with a firm, gently sloping sandy bottom and a pier. Rowing boats, canoes and SUP boards are available to rent. A children’s playground rounds out the outdoor perks — wake up to lake-breeze mornings and easy water access.
