Sossus Dune Lodge  

On the edge of the Namib Desert inside Namib-Naukluft Park, minutes from Sesriem village and just 4 km from the Sesriem gate on the C27. Set at the base of a mountain, the lodge puts you among endless orange dunes and vast desert panoramas.

Central areas sit on raised wooden decking with large sliding doors that flood spaces with light. The lodge has a relaxed, earthy vibe with a separate lounge, bar and an outdoor pool. Double rooms feature en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, mosquito nets and in-room safes; laundry service, an elevator and parking are available for guests.

Outdoor swimming pool, bar and open-plan lounge are perfect for cooling off and unwinding. The lodge runs guided nature drives and dune walks, trips to Sesriem Canyon, sunset drives and guided after-dinner stargazing under the African night sky. Parking and laundry facilities are on-site.

On-site restaurant serves breakfast and main meals, while a separate lounge and bar offer evening drinks after a day in the dunes.
