The Roses Heritage Inn  

In the heart of downtown St. John's, housed in a restored heritage guest house at the base of Signal Hill. This bed & breakfast is within easy walking distance of the Port of St. John's, The Rooms and a short drive to Mile One Centre.

A small, characterful inn with 11 individually decorated guestrooms. Rooms show period antiques, high ceilings and a local art collection, and feature pillowtop beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and down comforters. Many rooms have separate sitting areas and desks; bathrooms are ensuite (note: two rooms share one bathroom).

Free street parking and onsite self-parking (lot available for a small fee), express check-in/check-out, luggage storage and daily housekeeping. Wake up to sea-breeze mornings and easy access to Signal Hill trails. An airport shuttle is available on request for a surcharge.
