One-room apartment (60 m²) on the upper ground floor with practical, rustic furnishings. The living/sleeping area features a double fold-away bed (150 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV and a south-facing terrace. Small kitchenette with three hotplates, shower/bidet/WC. Accessible by elevator; keys are handed over via Interhome in St. Moritz Bad.

Lift/elevator and communal covered parking are available, plus a storage room for skis. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer (extra charge) and central heating. Ski bus stop ~550 m, ski rental ~1 km, indoor swimming pool ~1.3 km and thermal baths ~1.5 km. In good snow the house can be reached on skis; in winter a 4x4 or snow chains are recommended.

Local restaurants, a bar and cafés are a short walk away (around 550–650 m). A bakery and supermarket sit about 600–650 m from the residence — perfect for fresh pastries and easy self-catered meals in the apartment's kitchenette.
