On the outskirts of Acireale in the village of Guardia Mangano, this ground-floor apartment sits a short drive from the Ionian coast and Mount Etna. Timpa Natural Reserve and Etna are within easy reach — about 2–10 km depending on the spot — making it a family-friendly base for sea and mountain days.

Set in the ground floor of a private villa, the guest portion was modernised in rustic Sicilian style using local materials. Two double beds occupy adjoining rooms, divided by a sliding door; one bedroom shares the same general space as the kitchen. Guests have a private entrance, a parking spot in a large courtyard, and access to a 350 m² garden with outdoor furniture for relaxed afternoons. Owner lives on site; car hire is recommended. Mobile gas stove heating is available mid-November to mid-April.

Complimentary Wi‑Fi and a barbecue area make this a simple, well-equipped stay. The large fenced garden and courtyard invite al fresco lounging and BBQ dinners. Limited on-site parking and a private garden set the scene for quiet, near-the-sea mornings and easy outdoor living.
