On Crete’s south coast in Plakias village, a short 400 m stroll from Plakias Beach and about 1 km from the village center. Nearby shores include Harbor Beach Skinos and Damnoni Beach, so sand-and-sea days are an easy call.

A small two-storey studio property set in a lush garden on roughly 3,000 sqm. Nine traditionally styled Cretan studios sleep two (with sofa-bed options for a 3rd/4th guest), each with tiled floors, a private balcony and kitchenette — fridge, hobs and kettle included. Rooms offer pool or garden views and simple, cozy furnishings. Air conditioning runs June–September for an extra charge, and there’s a reception note system for late arrivals.

Outdoor swimming pool and sun terraces, a snack bar and a bar, plus a little on-site library for slow afternoons. Free Wi‑Fi is available across the property and there’s parking on site. Staff speak English and German. Expect garden breezes and easy poolside downtime.

Self-catered studios come with kitchenettes so you can cook local ingredients on your own schedule. A snack bar and bar are on site for light bites and drinks, and balconies make a sweet spot for a casual breakfast with garden or pool views.
