Out in Alcúdia’s sunny, elevated countryside—a secluded villa about 5–6 km from the town center and beaches like Alcúdia Beach, Cala Salada and Cala Agulla. Close to an 18‑hole golf course (3.5 km) and riding stables (400 m). Pet-friendly and family-friendly; car recommended.

Casa Maria is a cosy 4-room house (140 m²) on a fenced 3,500 m² plot with a 90 m² garden and a 40 m² terrace. Simple, comfortable décor with a living/dining room (satellite TV, radio, DVD), air conditioning and heating, bedrooms with panoramic windows, a fully equipped kitchen and lovely mountain views.

Private seasonal swimming pool (unconventional shape; depth 164–220 cm; open 20 Mar–07 Nov), outdoor shower, barbecue, terrace furniture and six deck chairs, washing machine, baby cot available and parking on the premises. Up to 2 dogs allowed.

Free Wi-Fi / internet access on the property.

Self-cater easily in the full kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). A typical Mallorcan restaurant is about 500 m away for authentic local flavors.
