On Menorca’s southwest shore in Son Carrio, tucked between Santandria and Cala Blanca and a short drive from Puerto de Ciutadella. The villas sit near the small Santandria beach (C/ Rossinyol, s/n, Urbanizacion Son Carrio, Cala Blanca) and are 10 minutes from Ciutadella; Cala Macarella is about 17 km away and Santo Tomás about 30 km.

A cluster of 20 detached, two‑storey villas, each with its own small lawn, terrace and private pool. Interiors are air‑conditioned with a tastefully appointed lounge/dining area (modern cane seating), open‑plan kitchen with fridge, oven and stovetop, TVs and in‑room safes. Ground floors have one or two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; an extra twin bedroom sits upstairs with a balcony overlooking the pool. Terracotta poolside terraces and distinctive barbecue chimneys add local character.
