It’s about 2–2.5 km from the town center, 700 m from sandy Kerver beach and a short drive to Port du Crouesty marina and an 18‑hole golf course (4 km). Pet-friendly and quietly set, it’s perfect for coastal getaways.

La Demeure de Tumiac is a stylish three-level house (renovated in 2014) with an open-hearth fireplace, sloping-ceiling bedrooms, terraces and a leafy pond-filled garden. Rooms offer DVD players and satellite TV; the open kitchen leads out to the terrace. Note: the property is not suitable for small children.

Enjoy a private 300 m2 garden and lawn, terrace furniture, deck chairs and a portable barbecue. On-site extras include bicycle rental, washing machine, dryer, underfloor/forced-air heating, baby cot and high chair, smoke alarm and space for up to two dogs. Parking is available on the premises (garage/space suited to small–medium cars, width ~220 cm) and there’s an elevator/lift.
