Living room features a wood-burning stove, flat-screen, hi‑fi and DVD; large open kitchen has oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Two double bedrooms plus a third room with a double and single bed, terrace and balcony with countryside views, and a fenced 1,000 m² garden with sun lawn and BBQ. Non-smokers only; suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets allowed (max 2 dogs; second dog €15/day).

Outdoor/onsite sauna and a hot tub (spa bath), outdoor shower, large terrace and garden, ski and bike storage with ski boot dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking for three cars at the house plus free parking zones nearby; EV charging station 200 m away. Ski bus stop ~250 m, ski rental ~500 m and slopes ~3.5 km — wake up to crisp mountain mornings and quick access to the snow.
