Typical 3‑room cottage (~45 m²) across two levels: living area with sofa bed, kitchenette (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave), one double bedroom, a small twin room and bath/WC. Non‑smoking units; up to two dogs allowed. Cots and high chairs available on request.

Heated indoor pool (12 x 5 m, 1.4 m deep) open year‑round, plus tennis and boccia courts. On‑site reception, fenced well‑kept gardens, sauna and steam room (extra), bicycle storage and laundry facilities (extra). On‑site parking with free parking zone.
