In the rolling Chianti countryside near Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and San Donato in Poggio. Pick between a cosy hotel a few kilometres from Tavarnelle and a sunny residence set among vineyards. About 25 km from Florence and San Gimignano, with easy drives to landmarks like Piazzale Michelangelo, Pitti Palace and the Ponte Vecchio. Family-friendly and pet-friendly (maximum 1 dog at the residence).

The residence feels modern and rustic at once: natural stone floors, underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove and bright rooms that open onto a large 50 m² partly roofed terrace and fenced private garden. Apartments are self-catering with full kitchens; hotel rooms come simply equipped with TV and a private shower. Expect sunny, elevated views over vineyards and countryside.

Both properties serve pool vibes — the hotel has an outdoor pool and the residence offers a fenced seasonal pool (20 × 10 m, open 20 May–30 Sep, 08:00–23:00) with WC and showers. On-site parking (some covered), terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, washing machine, baby cot and high chair available. Elevator/lift at the hotel and walking paths from the house.

A local restaurant sits about 200 m away and shops/supermarket are roughly 2 km, with classic Tuscan dining easy to find in nearby towns.
