In Barcelona’s Horta-Guinardó, this private villa sits about 10 minutes from Sagrada Família and close to Bunker del Carmel, Casa Batlló and Palau de la Música Catalana. A roomy, family-friendly villa with its own pool and multiple terraces — perfect for city escapes with plenty of privacy.

Over 550 m² of living space on a >600 m² plot, spread across three floors with multiple terraces, a 160 m² chill-out terrace and a tower room. All rooms are double and spacious with individual climate control, Wi‑Fi, safes and TVs; some rooms include a small sofa, boudoir and large closets. A 200 m² game and meeting area features ping-pong, foosball, a pool table and a 60" TV. The fully equipped kitchen (two fridges, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker) opens directly onto the pool, hot tub and garden. Note: quiet hours 22:00–09:00 and no parties.
