Gemelos 20 is a twin-tower residential complex (29 floors) with solarium, garden and spacious common areas. One- and two-bedroom apartments (55–75 m²) feature sunny terraces overlooking the pool and sea, a fully equipped kitchen, plasma TV, air conditioning/heating and a safety deposit box. Bed linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Check-in from 17:00 (5pm) and check-out at 10:00; late check-out to 20:00 may be available for a supplement. Keys are collected at Beninter (Calle Ibiza 6); out-of-hours arrivals get a safe code by SMS. A damage deposit is paid by card via a prearrival link and refunded to the same card within seven days if all is well. Photo ID must be presented at check-in.
