Toji Stay HIROMIYA

In the steamy mountains of Beppu’s Kannawa district, a short stroll from Hyotan Hot Spring and about 10 minutes on foot to the famous Hells of Beppu. Oita Airport is roughly 37 km away.

A family toji (hot‑spring cure) house since 1960, reopened in 2019 as a lively guesthouse and local hub. Eight guestrooms feature refrigerators and microwaves, and bathrooms include bathtubs fed by spring water; English‑speaking staff help guests connect with the onsen scene.

Complimentary Wi‑Fi, a communal kitchen for DIY meals, a massage room and a tour/concierge desk to book local excursions. Luggage storage, laundry services and self‑parking (charges may apply) keep stays easy. Soak up the area’s mineral‑rich hot spring culture just steps away.

Free wireless internet and concierge/tour assistance make short work of planning. Luggage storage and laundry add convenience for longer stays.

No full restaurant listed on‑site, but the shared/communal kitchen lets you prepare your own meals; rooms have fridges and microwaves. Staff can point you toward Kannawa’s local onsen‑town eateries and regional specialties.
