A recently restored farmhouse tastefully furnished throughout. There are 14 air-conditioned, en-suite rooms with minibars or refrigerators, flat-screen TVs, premium bedding and private bathrooms (some with bidets). The property includes olive groves and vineyards, a small farm-animal area, and an infinity salt‑water pool with Jacuzzi that frames views of Assisi and Perugia. Note: the property closes in January, February and March.

Soak in the spa tub or hot tub, swim in the seasonal outdoor or infinity salt‑water pool, rent bikes to explore the estate, or fire up the barbecue at the picnic area. There’s a playroom and babysitting/childcare (surcharge) for families, an arcade/game room, a poolside bar and a coffee shop. Tour desk, massage room, wedding services and a shop selling the farm’s wine and olive oil round out the facilities — wake up to rolling Umbrian views and end the day by the pool under the stars.
