Chalet Burja  

Perched at 1,537 metres beside the ski slopes, Chalet Burja commands views of Triglav and the sweeping Julian Alps. It’s just 150 metres from the chairlift and a short walk to Lake Bohinj and the Sava River, with the local village amenities and a city centre about 4 km away; the Aqua Park is easy to reach. The property is also listed with ties to Tolmin (around 12 km from that centre) and nearby points of interest include Finkenstein Castle, Faakersee and Kaernten Therme.

A quaint wooden chalet fully renovated in 2008, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Eight en‑suite rooms feature TV and DVD players and wake up to sweeping mountain vistas.

Onsite you’ll find a sauna, a small gift shop, a snack kiosk and a boutique, plus plenty of outdoor parking. Winter brings direct access to the Vogel ski area and cross‑country tracks, while summer opens hiking and biking routes around Lake Bohinj.

Wi‑Fi is available throughout the chalet and there’s a safety deposit box at reception.
