Housed in an 18th-century farmhouse reworked by Jean Nouvel in 1989, the hotel links original buildings to four pavilions that echo old tobacco barns. The patinated, rustic finishes were preserved and the longère and pavilions open out onto the vineyards, so rooms feel rooted in the landscape. Rooms include TV, mini-bar, shower, bathrobe, slippers and an alarm clock.
