Villa Rita is a two-level, four-bedroom home set in a lovely garden with cosy, functional interiors — a living room with fireplace, a compact kitchen and a wooden spiral staircase leading to the upper rooms. Check-in must be arranged in advance and the meeting point for key delivery is at 'BOWLING - Strada Provinciale Torrebianca.' The villa includes showers (hair dryer on request), air conditioning and heating pumps, TV, washing machine and ironing facilities; note that credit cards are not accepted.

Relax in a private pool with a furnished solarium, sun loungers and parasols, or fire up the outdoor marble-sink BBQ and kitchen for grilled meals. Private unattended car park is available. Expect sea-breeze mornings and peaceful garden vibes.

The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster) makes self-catering easy, and the outdoor barbecue area is perfect for local grilled specialties. Guests have praised the functional kitchenette and independent cooking setup.
