The 60 m², 3‑room apartment on the 2nd floor has a living/dining room with TV and sofa bed, two bedrooms (each with two 90 cm beds), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine), separate WC and bathroom. There’s a roofed east terrace (15 m²) and a west balcony (10 m²) with side sea view — terrace furniture and two deck chairs included. Practical notes: washing machine, iron, central heating, reserved parking space n°117 and one bedroom sits above the car-park lift (car-lift dimensions and height limits apply).
