Grupotel Nilo & Spa is a hotel complex with two apartment blocks, Nilo Azul and Nilo Blanco, set in well-tended gardens. The spa (opened 2007) is one of the few in Paguera. Rooms and apartments come with private balconies or patios, minibars and modern bathrooms; apartments add sofa beds, dining tables and wet bars. The vibe is calm and polished in a peaceful, elegant tourist quarter.

Outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub/Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, plus a spa offering massages and body treatments.
