Built as a parsonage in 1847, this family-owned country house blends period character with simple, comfortable style. The guestrooms are individually furnished and include satellite TV, tea-and-coffee facilities, modern bathrooms and daily housekeeping. Expect cosy, traditional touches and garden or woodland views from many rooms.

Stretch out across 15 acres of gardens and woodland. Summer highlights include an outdoor pool (open seasonally, normally 25 May–30 August) and an outdoor tennis court. There’s an arcade/game room, playrooms for children, wedding services and a tour desk to book local excursions.
