Compact 29 m² one-room apartment on the 3rd floor of a five-storey block. Simple, practical furnishings with a living/dining area (double sofabed), a sleeping alcove with an additional sofabed, TV and a veranda. Kitchenette includes two hot plates, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine; shower/WC and electric heating. Note: some sleeping areas are open-plan and the fridge has no freezer.

Wi‑Fi available (may incur extra charge), elevator and accessible access for guests with reduced mobility. Public roadside parking, a shop about 80 m away and a restaurant/bar within a short walk. Beach is 100 m away and the sports harbour about 300 m — perfect for sea-breeze mornings from the veranda.
